In 1990 the Global Company for Food Services has established Papai Food Chain Restaurants, which are considered one of the biggest restaurants specialized in the eastern cuisine in Egypt. In the very begging, Papai has specialized in serving the oriental Egyptian food like Fool, Falafel, Eggplant..etc; and actually Papai has mastered this cuisine and become the first on class in a very short period of time.
Later, they Papai has expanded their area of expertise. Their menu has become very variable and unique in comparison with their competitors. They have extended their area of expertise to include different Eastern Food like Koshary, Shawerma and Grilled food. Also, they have started serving “Sea Food” in its different types and shapes. Many and many unique recipes are only found in our restaurants. Yes, we serve traditional food; but we serve it in our own way.
The key component in any served food introduced by Papai is that it only includes 100% fresh and natural ingredients starting from the vegetables to the different types of meat and baked goods.
Initially starting in Naser city, later on Papai has expanded and set up other branches in different areas in Cairo including: Giza, Heliopolis, Roxy, New Cairo and Hadayk el kobba.
